Self-Exclusion at Spinrollz

Spinrollz provides a voluntary self-exclusion option to help customers manage gambling participation. This policy sets out the process, effects, and reactivation steps after the exclusion period ends.

Scope and Definitions

In this policy: "Self-Exclusion" means the Customer’s voluntary restriction of access to all Spinrollz gambling Services for a period of at least six (6) months. "Customer" means a registered Spinrollz account holder. "Services" refers to all Spinrollz online gambling products across all domains and devices.

Initiating Self-Exclusion

A Customer may initiate self-exclusion by one of the following methods:

  1. Submitting a self-exclusion request through the Spinrollz customer support portal; or
  2. Contacting Spinrollz Support at [email protected].

Upon acceptance, the self-exclusion applies immediately for the duration specified and the Customer’s account will be restricted from gambling activities.

Duration and Effect

The minimum duration of self-exclusion is six (6) months from the date of acceptance. During the exclusion period, the Customer’s Account is restricted from any gambling activity on all Spinrollz Services. The Customer will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or withdraw funds, and reactivation of the Account is not permitted during the exclusion period.

Reactivation After Expiry

When the self-exclusion period expires, the Customer may request reactivation by contacting Spinrollz Support. Spinrollz will perform identity and eligibility verification before re-enabling access. Verification results will be communicated in writing. If the Customer does not request reactivation, the exclusion remains in place until a further policy decision.

Data Processing and Privacy

Spinrollz will process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for purposes of enforcing self-exclusion, including account disabling and activity monitoring. Data retention complies with applicable law and regulatory requirements and is limited to what is necessary to enforce the exclusion and prevent circumvention.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from self-exclusion decisions or actions will be handled in accordance with Spinrollz dispute resolution procedures and applicable governing law.
