Sports Rules

Introduction

Spinrollz Sports Betting Rules govern all bets placed on events displayed within the Spinrollz platform. They establish settlement criteria, timing, and event handling in conjunction with the applicable sport rules. These rules apply to all markets unless a specific sport rule states otherwise. Spinrollz reserves the right to amend rules in line with governing body approvals and public announcements; the English version remains the official text.

General Betting Rules

These rules apply to all markets unless a sport-specific provision states otherwise. Where an event lacks an official result, Spinrollz may settle based on verified data from recognized authorities. Prices and market terms must be published by Spinrollz for bets to be valid.

  • Settlement based on official results: Bets are settled on the official result published by the governing body or, where not available, on Spinrollz’s data source, provided it is a reliable and contemporaneous source.
  • Price accuracy and voids: If a market is published with incorrect pricing or information, Spinrollz reserves the right to void the affected bets and resettle where appropriate.
  • Bets cannot be canceled or altered: Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended by the customer.
  • Regular time basis unless stated: All markets settle on regular time unless the market or sport rule specifies otherwise.
  • Postponed or abandoned events: If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the event is resumed and completed within the designated window or a winner is officially declared.
  • Incorrect display or formatting: If event names, teams, or participants are displayed in error or reversed, Spinrollz may void affected bets.
  • Evidence of fraud or integrity concerns: Spinrollz may suspend settlement and withhold payment pending investigation where concerns arise.
  • Progression of events: If an event is resumed after interruption, bets on markets that were unsettled at the time may be amended or voided consistent with the official result.
  • Odds format: All settlements use decimal odds regardless of the format selected by the customer.
  • Rule amendments: Sporting rules may be amended at any time; updates will be published online, with the English version remaining authoritative.

Soccer / Football Rules

Markets related to football are governed by the following principles. Where a market is not yet resolved by the official result, it remains unsettled until the result is confirmed by the governing body or Spinrollz determines settlement in accordance with these rules.

  • Match duration and periods: Standard matches are conducted as two periods of 45 minutes each. Additional stoppage or injury time is included within the two regulation periods; extra time and penalties apply only where specified in the market or competition format.
  • Market settlement on official result: For match results, the official result as recorded by the governing body governs settlement. If extra time or penalties are not stipulated in the market, regular time results apply for settlement.
  • Draws and dead heats: If a market specifies a winner, a drawn result may void the market unless a draw option is explicitly offered; where dead heat rules apply, stakes are adjusted in accordance with those rules.
  • Postponed or abandoned matches: Bets stand if the match is resumed and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled completion. If the match is not resumed or the lineup changes, affected bets may be voided.

American Football Rules

American football markets follow the official result framework and the specific timing of the game as defined by the applicable league rules. Where a market is not settled by the end of the scheduled period, settlement adheres to the following:

  • Regular time settlement: All markets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled regular time, unless the market explicitly indicates overtime.
  • Overtime: Overtime is counted for markets that explicitly include it; otherwise, overtime does not count toward settlement unless stated in the market.
  • Minimum play time for payout: For markets based on a completed game, a minimum of 55 minutes of a 60-minute game must be played for the market to be eligible for settlement. If fewer minutes have been played, the market may be voided or resettled if the official result is subsequently published.
  • Venue and lineup changes: If the game is moved to a different venue or if the home/away designation changes after kickoff, unsettled bets may be voided.
  • Player-specific markets: Settled on official statistics; if a player does not participate, such bets are void. Overtime may count for all player prop markets where explicitly stated.
  • Outright markets: Settled on the event winner or as otherwise specified; non-participating teams are treated as losses where applicable.

Australian Rules Football Rules

Australian rules markets are governed as follows unless a market states otherwise. Bets reflect results after the scheduled period, with adjustments for any declared overtime periods where applicable by market specification.

  • Match duration: Markets settle on the official result at the end of the scheduled playing time (80 minutes) unless the market specifies inclusion of injury time or extra periods.
  • Postponed or abandoned fixtures: Bets are void if the fixture is not resumed within 48 hours of the scheduled finish time, unless an official result is declared.
  • Halves and quarters: Market outcomes for half/quarter-specific bets are determined by the score in the relevant period.
  • Finals and awards: Finals matches and player awards are settled based on the official results or governing body determinations where applicable.
  • Dead heats: Dead heat rules apply to applicable markets; stakes are divided accordingly per the market specifications.

Badminton Rules

Badminton markets follow official results where available. In the event of data loss or failure to publish a result, unsettled markets are considered void. Where a fixture is postponed or abandoned, bets are void unless the event resumes within 48 hours and a result is declared.

  • Retirements and deductions: If a player or team retires, undecided markets are void.
  • Official point deductions: Official deductions are taken into account for all unsettled markets; markets already determined are not affected by subsequent deductions.
  • Market resolution: Markets such as Winner (Match/Game) are settled on the official winner of the specified period or match.

Spinrollz reserves the right to interpret unsettled scenarios on a bet-by-bet basis and to apply any reasonable mechanism consistent with these rules and governing bodies’ decisions. All protection, settlement, and interpretation decisions will be communicated and evidenced within the platform’s official rule updates.
